What We Take in Orlando, FL — The Full List
Almost anything two people can carry, we will haul away the same day. Below is the complete list, plus what we cannot take and why.
What we DO take
If it is non-hazardous and two people can carry it out of the house, we will haul it. The list below is what we pick up across the Orlando metro every week — broken out by category so it is easy to scan. We do the lifting, we do the stairs, and we leave each room swept on the way out. Single items start at $99 flat; whole-house cleanouts run on our standard volume pricing.
Most calls fall into one of three buckets: a one-item pickup (a single couch or mattress), a whole-room or whole-garage purge (after a renovation, a downsize or a spring clean), or a full-property cleanout (estate, eviction, foreclosure or hoarding). If you are not sure which bucket fits your situation, the easiest path is a 30-second photo text to our crew — we will tell you the band and the price before you book.

What we DON'T take
A handful of items require specialized disposal channels by law or insurance — we cannot legally put them on our truck. For each one below, we will tell you where it should go. When you book a regular pickup with us, we are happy to point you to the right local drop-off for any side items that fall in this list.
- Paint, solvents and household chemicals — drop off free at the Orange County Household Hazardous Waste facility (5901 Young Pine Rd).
- Tires — most tire shops take old tires for $2–$5 each, or the county transfer station accepts them for a small per-tire fee.
- Gasoline, motor oil, propane tanks — Orange County HHW handles these free for residents.
- Car batteries and lithium batteries — auto parts stores (AutoZone, Advance) take car batteries free; Home Depot and Best Buy accept lithium-ion.
- Asbestos and asbestos-containing materials — requires a licensed asbestos remediation contractor; we will refer you.
- Medical waste, sharps and biohazards — requires a licensed biohazard remediation partner; we will not enter a contaminated site without certification.
- Prescription drugs — drop off at any Orange County Sheriff drop-box (free, anonymous, 24/7).
- Wet drywall, sewage-soaked or mold-contaminated material in foreclosed or tenant-vacated properties without owner sign-off — these need a separate scope, signed disposal authorization, and remediation-grade PPE; we will quote it as its own job after a walk-through.
- Live ammunition, firearms, explosives — coordinate with local law enforcement.
