Licensed & Insured Junk Removal in Orlando, FL
A Certificate of Insurance is available on request the same day. Below is exactly what we carry and how it protects you.
Why it matters
If an uninsured hauler scratches your hardwood floor, dents your dryer in the doorway or cracks a tile carrying a washer down the hall, the bill can end up on your homeowner's policy. Florida law does not require junk-removal operators to carry general liability at all, which means a meaningful percentage of the trucks driving around Orlando on Facebook ads have no real coverage. The cheapest quote is rarely the cheapest outcome if something goes wrong.
We carry an active general liability policy, and we can send a Certificate of Insurance to you or your property manager before the job — usually within minutes, because our carrier issues it live.

How to request a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Property managers, asset managers, HOAs and corporate facilities teams routinely ask for a COI before letting any vendor on-site. Our carrier issues certificates live, so in practice you get it the same day you ask — usually within minutes during business hours. We can name an additional insured (your management company, the bank holding the property, the HOA, etc.) at no extra cost. Email contact@movejunkaway.com with the property address and the certificate holder details, or call (689) 316-9038.
What the coverage actually protects
- Property damage during the job — scuffed walls, dinged trim, damaged flooring, broken glass, dropped items. If we caused it, our general liability covers it.
- Damage in doorways and tight turns — the stairwells, elevators and hallways where most junk-removal accidents actually happen, on the way out with a sofa or an appliance.
- Third-party property— the HOA's corridor, the neighbour's fence, the shared driveway. Certificates can name your management company or association as an additional insured.
